- Maybe someone will correct me, but I think the present number of
- vendors for CAS hardware can be counted on two fingers. Aside from
- PureData, Brooktrout also offers CAS compatibility in some of their
- products. But their stuff is considerably more expensive (and
- presumably more capable/robust) than the low-end SatisFAXtion
- products.

- PureData also offers their multi-line SatisFAXtion 2000/4000 products,
- which are not based on the Intel designs.
